Sales Support Specialist - 销售支持专员

工作职责

1、支持销售总监跟进销售相关项目和会议安排

Support the sales director to follow up sales related projects an d meeting arrangements

2、终端销量管理系统（DDI）开发项目的管理和推进

Management an d promotion of the development project of the terminal sales management system （DDI）

3、给销售团队提供合同、试剂订单等方面的有力支持

Provide strong support to the sales team in terms of contracts, reagent orders, etc

4、有优化流程的能力，并能根据工作扩展流程和做好跨部门沟通

Have the ability to optimize the process, an d can expand the process according to the work an d do a good job in cross-departmental communication

5、完成上级领导交代的其他项目和任务。

Complete other projects an d tasks assigned by superiors.

职位要求

1、全日制大学本科，经济、管理、法律专业优先

Full-time undergraduate degree, majors in economics, management, an d law are preferred

2、3-5年工作经验，有医疗相关行业销售助理或终端销量管理系统（DDI）管理经验的优先考虑

3-5 years of work experience, with experience in sales assistants Ｏr DDI in medical-related industries is preferred

3、工作耐心细致，善于同部门、跨部门沟通，有效支持前段需求

Work patiently an d meticulously, be good at communicating with departments an d inter-departments, an d effectively support previous needs

4、有一定的数据整理能力，能独立处理工作流程，良好的人际沟通能力

Have a certain data sorting ability, can handle the work process independently, an d have good interpersonal communication skills
